I had the privilege of developing the official website for Bangladesh Mahila Parishad, a leading women’s human rights organization in Bangladesh. The project involved building the website entirely from concept, aligning the site’s design and functionality with the organization’s mission.
Project Approach:
I worked closely with the client’s representatives to gain a deep understanding of their goals, requirements, and the kind of online presence they wanted to establish. After multiple discussions, I gathered their input and created three distinct demo versions of the website, each with a unique design and functionality. The client chose the design that best represented their vision and needs.
Key Features:
The final website is designed to be user-friendly and visually compelling, with a focus on showcasing the organization’s advocacy work, events, publications, and resources. It functions as an informative platform, providing visitors with comprehensive information on the organization’s efforts in the fight for women’s human rights.
Tools & Technologies Used:
- WordPress – I utilized WordPress as the foundation for its flexibility and ease of content management.
- Elementor Pro – The site was designed using Elementor Pro to allow for advanced customization and responsiveness across devices.
- Custom Post Type UI – This plugin was used to create custom post types, making it easier to manage various types of content specific to the organization’s needs.
